The group governs three wholly-owned subsidiaries, in addition, Qingdao Wenquan Real Estate Development Co. Ltd., Qingdao Lanboer Yachts.Co.,Ltd. Boat Manufacturing Ltd., Qingdao Jianyong Labor Service Co. Ltd., Qingdao Jianyong polyethylene-aluminum Factory, and Qingdao Ruiqing Heat Insulating Material Factory, and 50 construction project manager teams.

The group is with a registered capital of 72 millions, fixed asset amount of 95.57 million, net asset 150 millions and annual production value of 1.87 millions.
